Bootcamp Cincinnati now offers personal training that caters to your specific needs. At Bootcamp Cincinnati we understand that everyone is not the same. We understand that our clients have different goals they are trying to accomplish. Our personal training programs focus on developing and implementing a regimen centered around our clients needs. We utilize select strength training machines, weights, cardio, and functional fitness equipment to design workouts that aim towards our clients specific goals. We also understand that everyone has different nutritional needs. Our trainers assist clients with meal planning and supplemental nutrition advice that caters to their specific needs. At Bootcamp Cincinnati, we focus on sustainable fitness to lasts for years to come. It's not about the moment, it's about the lifetime. We help people change their lifestyle and grow an appreciation and lasting commitment to health, wellness and fitness.
$250/Month - Three Days a Week (12 Sessions)
$200/Month - Two Days a Week (8 Sessions)
$185/Month - (6 Sessions)
$150/Month - (4 Sessions)

Boot Camp Cincinnati Personal Training and Fitness provides a full-scale training program that includes the following:
Strength Training, Metabolic Conditioning and Cardio Plan
Fitness and Nutrition Assessment
Monthly Scheduled Client 1:1 Meetings, Body Fat Analysis and Measurements
Use of Cardio Equipment
