The 21 Day Challenge starts Sunday, November 1, 2015! Although the 21 Day Challenge is not an original, it’s a first for Boot Camp Cincinnati friends and followers!
Time to prepare your mind and develop a plan to make this challenge a success! Keep in mind that you are doing this to prove to yourself that you have the determination and willpower to change bad habits and create good ones. Don't let anyone talk you out of it. Convince yourself that you are strong enough. Don't let your surroundings become your circumstances, you're stronger than you think.
First things first. Time to purge your cabinets and refrigerator and make room for the good stuff.
