The Boot Camp Cincinnati 21 Day Challenge

The Boot Camp Cincinnati 21 Day Challenge will begin soon. Many of you have expressed interest in participating. Let us start by saying, this challenge will be difficult. It will require you to tap into your willpower and strength to succeed. It is not designed to make you fail. It's designed to change your mind about fitness and nutrition. It's designed to jump start a program that will incorporate both into your life and maintain it for the duration of the challenge and beyond. "Experts agree that it takes 21 days to break a bad habit and form a new one." Let this challenge provide you with the opportunity to break any bad habits you may have (inactivity, eating unhealthy foods, sweets, smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, etc.) and form new healthier and more beneficial habits.

The Challenge will start on Sunday, November 1, 2015 and end on November 21, 2015. The 21 Day Challenge ends right before the Thanksgiving Holiday, and what better way to cleanse your system and stay on a path to a healthier, happier, lighter you before the Holidays! Let's all do this together! Please note that the 21 Day Challenge is not an original, but it's a first for Boot Camp Cincinnati and its fans on Facebook.
