Looking to take your fitness journey to the NEXT LEVEL? Join the new Sweatcamp Advanced Training Program Starting this August, 2019. Classes will be held 5 days a week! Monday-Thursday at 5AM or 6AM and Saturday at 7:30AM.  Woodlawn Training and Community Center, 10050 Woodlawn Boulevard, off Springfield Pike.  

 

Criteria: Participants must be knowledgeable about fitness in general and be able to perform basic movements with good form.

 

Program Information:

 - Strength Training 5 Days a Week

 - Individualized Meal Plan and Cardio Plan

 - Weekly Weigh-Ins, Monthly Check-Ins, Measurements and Body Fat Analysis

 - Monthly Photos to access progress in the program

 

This is a Month to Month Program. Memberships renew at the start of every month.
