Fitness Classes and participation will begin on January 2, 2019. Please have your student bring proof of registration on her first day fitness classes. Ensure she has proper workout attire, a towel, and water.
Early Morning Sweatcamp Classes are offered Monday through Thursday, at 5AM and 6AM and Saturday, 7:30AM at Woodlawn Training and Community Center, 10050 Woodlawn Boulevard, Cincinnati, Ohio 45215. Please arrive on time, our doors lock 15 minutes after the start of each class.
Your student will be notified of our first group meeting once she begins the program.
