Sessions held at 5AM and 6AM. Bootcamp Cincinnati's Early Morning Sweatcamp Group Strength Training offers 20 Sessions a month Monday-Thursday and Saturday mornings at 7:30AM.  All sessions are held at Woodlawn Training and Community Center, Private shower stalls and colligiate locker room available for those needing post workout option.
