This ONLINE CHALLENGE is designed for you to burn the maximum amount of calories by completing daily workouts provided online, based on a workout schedule. Workouts can be completed at the gym, home, or you can purchase a pases to attend our Back to Basics Bootcamp or Early Morning Sweatcamp Group Strength Training Class separately. The meal plans provided accommodate a Clean Eating lifestyle but must be tailored by you to meet your specific caloric needs (a guide will be provided). At Bootcamp Cincinnati, we want you to get fit, get healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN!
