WINNERS & JUDGING CRITERIA:
Two Winners will be awarded and receive a Transformation Photo Shoot and $300 Gift Certificate for Bootcamp Cincinnati and Denise Bryers Fitness. Winners will be placed in one of two categores: Weightloss and Fatloss/BodySculpt. Weightloss and Fatloss will be used as a measurable for progress; but will not be the main factor in the judging process. Winners will be selected based on a visual transformation, demonstration of effort, consistancy, and determination. Before photos will be taken during the registration process and will be taken by a staff member of Bootcamp Cincinnati.
This ONLINE CHALLENGE is designed for you to burn the maximum amount of calories by completing daily workouts provided online, based on a workout schedule. Workouts can be completed at the gym, home, or you can purchase a passes to attend our Back to Basics Bootcamp or Early Morning Sweatcamp Group Strength Training Class separately. The meal plans provided accommodate a Clean Eating lifestyle but must be tailored by you to meet your specific caloric needs (a guide will be provided). At Bootcamp Cincinnati, we want you to get fit, get healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body and most importantly MAKE FITNESS FUN!
ONCE REGISTERED ADDITIONAL DETAILS WILL BE PROVIDED VIA EMAIL (THREE DAY TURNAROUND). YOU WILL BE ADDED TO THE 2020 PERFECT VISION ONLINE PORTAL THAT GOES ACTIVE ON 1/11/2020. THIS ONLINE PORTAL WILL HOUSE YOUR MEAL PLANS, GROCERY LISTS, NUTRITION GUIDES, WORKOUT SCHEDULE AND WORKOUT ASSIGNMENTS!
