Bootcamp Cincinnati Personal Training and Fitness is looking to fill one to two personal trainer positions. Candidates must have experience or be willing to work under apprenticeship for one month before working independently.  Candidates must possess great communication skills, must be coachable, possess a friendly but assertive demeanor and have a personal training certification.  Candidates working towards certification will be considered under apprenticeship until their certification is complete. Candidates must provide proof of certification coursework.

 

Bootcamp Cincinnati is dedicated to helping women and men achieve their health and fitness goals through customized nutrition and fitness programs. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic trainers to start training new and existing clients in a private group setting.

We offer small group personal training, fitness boot camps, specialty classes and nutritional counseling to educate, motivate, and support men, women, and teens to improve their health and fitness.

Selected candidates will train under supervision 3-5 days a week for a minimum of 3 hours per day.  Once a schedule is established, their shift will consist of AM and PM hours, throughout the week and on weekends.  Successful candidates have the potential to grow into independent contractors.

Our studios are professional, but offer a casual, fun environment, nice training equipment and the opportunity to learn the inner-workings of a successful personal training studio. We are fair, respectful and appreciative. We like having fun and making a living providing highly valuable fitness services and products. We seek someone who enjoys working with people and making a difference in the lives of others. 

Educational/Background Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Personal Training Certification
CPR/AED and First Aid Training before start date

Additional Skills:
Containing Education Credits a plus
Time Management, Basic Accounting and Organization Skills
Basic Computer, Internet, and Social Media Skills

Compensation: Part-time, Hourly
