Healthy You Fitness Challenge

Challenge Phase One
February 1, 2017 to April 1, 2017 (60 Days)

Includes Boot Camp Workout Sessions at Evanston Recreation Center or 6AM Sweat Camp Circuit Training Sessions at Woodlawn Community Center, nutrition advice, meal plans, support and accountability for 60 Days! 


Registered Challengers will compete to be selected as a finalist (three total) and move on to Phase Two...

Challenge Phase Two
April 1, 2017 to May 27, 2017 (8 Weeks)
Three Finalists will complete 8 Weeks of personal training with Boot Camp Cincinnati Personal Training and Fitness as they compete for the title of Healthy You Winner 2017!

Congratulations! You are now pre-registered for the Healthy You! Please make sure you fill out the Waiver Form and Release Form and bring it with you on the first day of class.

PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND SIGN THE CONSENT AND MEDIA RELEASE FORMS BELOW AND BRING YOUR FORMS TO YOUR FIRST WORKOUT SESSION:

PHASE ONE ENTRY CRITERA:

-AGE: Must be 21 years old or older to enter.

 

-WAIVERS: Must physically sign a challenge consent and media release form.

 

-PICTURES: Before photos will be be taken at the start of the challenge.  After photos will be taken at the end of the challenge. 

 

-TIME: Must be willing, ready and able to dedicate time to attend workouts, meetings, and special events. Must workout, plan and prepare meals 2-3 days a week, and take time to document your progress.

 

-ATTITUDE: Must have the right mental fortitude and attitude to follow through and complete the three-month challenge. Negative comments or behavior, gossip, discrimination and participant sabotage will not be tolerated and are grounds for immediate dismissal from the challenge with no refund. 

 

-INHIBITORS: Must be willing to give up anything that will inhibit your success such as unhealthy foods, alcohol, cigarettes, sweets, sugar, etc. 

 

-SOCIAL MEDIA: Must be willing to share your before and after pics (at the end of the challenge) and your journey on social media.  Participants must post about their journey on social media - Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, etc. using the following hashtags: #bootcampcincinnati #HealthyYouChallenge

-RESOURCES: By being a part of this challenge, participants agree not to share or disclose any resources or tools that are made available to only our paid participants.

 

PHASE ONE SELECTION CRITERIA:

- Level of participation as mentioned below in submission criteria.  

- Overall weight loss and/or muscle tone based on visual transformation.

- Visual transformation judged by examining before and after photos.

- Participant's attitude and fortitude. 

- Participant's ability to give up anything that inhibits the weight loss or muscle toning process.

JUDGING:

THREE FINALISTS WILL BE SELECTED AND ANNOUNCED ON APRIL 1, 2017 ON THE BOOT CAMP CINCINNATI AND MIDWEST MIND, BODY AND BEAUTY EXPO FACEBOOK AND SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES AND NOTIFIED DIRECTLY WITH NEXT STEPS FOR PHASE TWO.
