FAQS
Q: Can we have_____?
A: Read your meal plan and eat only the foods that are listed.
Q: I am not hungry at the scheduled meal times. Does this happen to anyone else?
A: YES! You’re retraining your brain to eat what your body needs at an appropriate time for its level of activity. In the beginning of the program, this might mean you aren’t hungry as often. Your body is adjusting to the new schedule of increased exercise, water intake and scheduled meals and snacks. Continue to eat as scheduled. Just wait…pretty soon you will be hungry. Your metabolism will be constantly working which will make you hungry because you are burning the fuel. Don’t skip meals because you don’t feel hungry!
Q: Should I cut Salt?
A: No. Your muscles need Sodium, Calcium & Potassium. Cutting salt will hinder your results in this challenge. When people suggest a low sodium diet they mean cut out processed foods, not cutting all salt. You would need to salt whole foods to the point that it would be undesirable to reach the level of sodium that most Americans consume! Cutting salt will hinder your results if not instructed by your Doctor.
Q: How do I use the secret Facebook Group?
A: The 60 Day Challenge Facebook Group is meant to encourage and educate. Please don’t use the group to vent or complain. Energy is contagious and we want to make sure we are all staying positive and motivating each other. Please refrain from asking questions about food that is not in the packet. We put only the best food in this packet to help you get the best results possible. Questions regarding non-listed food only causes mass confusion. FTDI!!!
